Contemnor/ Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying to proceed against the Contemnor/Respondent for Contempt of Court and punish suitably for the willful violation and disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P(MD) No.14531 of 2015 on 13.08.2015.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, or any other order, Writ of Direction particularly in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus directing the First Respondent to dispose of the representation dated 06.07.2015 given by the petitioner & 07.07.2015 given by the village people of Varadarajapuram, Sengattupatty Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.

violated and disobeyed the order passed in W.P(MD)No.14531 of 2015 on 13.08.2015.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent/contemnor has represented that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.14531 of 2015, the representation of the petitioner has been considered and suitable order has been passed.

3.In fact this Court has seen the order passed by the respondent and therefore the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted.
