Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
