ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to conduct survey in S.Nos.686/1 and 687/1 to ascertain whether they are public pathways.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner on 18.12.2017, 29.01.2024 and on 26.02.2024.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that survey was conducted on 01.02.2024 and the S.Nos.686/1 and 687/1 are used as pathways.

4.Recording the above submission this writ petition is closed. No costs.
