O R D E R

This petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this court passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14690 of 2012, dated 15.07.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent and perused the records.

3.This court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14690 of 2012, dated 15.07.2015 directed the 1st respondent therein to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.190 of 2012 from the Inspector of Police, attached to Mayanoor Police station to another competent Officer under his jurisdiction for investigation. The grievance of the petitioner is that as per direction of this court made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14690 of 2012, dated 15.07.2015, the respondents police have not transferred the case and the respondent did not monitor the enquiry proceedings.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the then Superintendent of Police of Karur District, by order, dated 03.08.2015 transferred the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation of Crime No.190 of 2012 from the Inspector of Police, Mayanoor, to the Inspector of Police, Palaviduthi Police station and after recording the statement of witnesses, closed the case as 'Action Dropped'.
