Crl.M.P.(MD).No.16286 of 2022 This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 14.11.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.13581 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.717 of 2022. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the trial Court once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.
4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
