Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to grant Approval for Residential Building Plan submitted by the petitioner by his application in file No.MCTPNZ(2160) 14 and Scrutiny Number is 7570 dated 17.06.2014 for the proposed residential building in R.S No. 27/2A Uthangudi Village, Zone-2, (North) Madurai.

Earlier, this Court, by an order dated 02.12.2015 passed in W.P.(MD)No.21495 of 2015, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. Since no order has been passed, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied with vide order dated 28.12.2015 by the respondent and also a copy of the same has been produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the fact that since the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, no further adjudication is required in the Contempt Petition. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
