ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to not to interfere in civil dispute between the petitioner's father and the 3rd Respondent in O.S.No.180/2020 on the file of the District Munisf court, Madurai based on the Petitioner's Representation dated 28.10.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that it is an issue between the landlord and tenant. The complaint was closed on the basis of the undertaking given by the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
