The petitioners seek a direction to call for the entire records pertaining to the summons dated 06.09.2012 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Usilampatti, Madurai District in Cr.M.P.3303 of 2012 pending on his file and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that charge sheet is filed on 29.03.2015 and the same was returned for want of certificate and notice was served to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

through the Village Administrative Officer, but the petitioner refused to receive the same.
