This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from constructing a Bridge, in the North South Pandarampatti Road, by obstructing the ingress and egress to the petitioner's property, situated in S.No.335/1A1A on the western side of the proposed bridge in the Meelavittan Village, Tuticorin Taluk.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that pending Writ Petition, the bridge has been constructed. In view of the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in this Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
