Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Proceedings issued by the 4th respondent Additional Assistant Elementary Educational Officer vide Na.Ka. No. 348/Aa1/2015 dated ....03.2015, quash the same and further direct the respondents herein to approve the appointment of Tmt.K. Jenasis Denila as BT Assistant (Tamil) in the petitioner school w.e.f. 02.06.2014 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary and other attendant benefits.

O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 04.01.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.6147 of

2015 directed the respondents herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner, if she is otherwise eligible, within a period of eight weeks. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by producing the proceedings of the first respondent herein in Mu.Mu.No.1225/A3/2015, dated 01.02.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
