ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take action against the respondent No.4 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out against the fourth respondent. He would further submit that the said enquiry would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. Recording the above submissions, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
