Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC., praying this court to pass an order directing the Respondents particularly the 1st Respondent to register the complaint dated 19.01.2016 which was forwarded to him by the 3rd Respondent and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith.

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his act of the contempt in not complying with the order of this Court, dated 03.02.2016 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1893 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and the same is closed and a copy of the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner.
