(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

2. Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnors would submit that vide proceedings of the Headmaster of the Government Higher Secondary School, N.Panjampatti, Dindigul District, dated 26.07.2016, the petitioner was informed about the grant of incentive increment for M.Phil. Degree acquired by him.

3. In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
