:Contemnor/3rd Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 05.02.2016 made in W.A.(MD).No.220 of 2016, amounting to Contempt of Court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts' Act, 1971.

Prayer in WA.220/2016 Writ appeal under clause 15 of the letters patent, against the order made in MP.(MD) No.1 of 2015 in WP(MD)No. 15804/15 dated 08.12.2015.

Prayer MP(MD) No.1/2015 in WP.15804/15 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue suitable Ad interim orders directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational officer to tempararily approve the appointment of petitioner as B.T. Assistant in the 5th respondent School w.e.f. the date the petitioner's appointment on 15.06.2012 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court pending disposal of the writ Petition.

*********** [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the Judgment dated 05.02.2016 made in W.A.(MD).No.220 of 2016, which is against the interim order dated 08.12.2015 made in M.P. (MD).No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD).No.15804 of 2015.

2. It is reported that the said Writ Petition has been disposed of. In view of the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all the contentions before the appropriate forum, in the event the order passed in the Writ Petition has not been complied with.
