The present writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 15.11.2017 passed by the 1st respondent.

2. It is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since pending the writ petition, an assignment has been granted in the name of

the Temple and the Temple has also paid the market value for the land, nothing survives for consideration.
