Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to count the 50% of the daily wages service for the period from 23.04.1983 till 22.06.2000 and count that service along with the rest of the service for the period from 23.06.2000 to 31.05.2016 being the date of retirement for a total period of 25 years instead of 16 years 5 months 7 days as granted by the 5th respondent dated 11.09.2017 consequently, direct the respondents to revise the Pension, DCRG and other retirement benefits from the date of retirement on 31.05.2016, in the light of the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.9137 of 2012 filed by the petitioner. 1/3

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the very same relief sought for in this writ petition was already granted by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9137 of 2012, dated 29.06.2016. Hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to file a contempt petition, for non-compliance of the order of this Court, dated 29.06.2016.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a contempt petition. No costs.
