..Contemnors/Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for willfully failing to comply with the order 13.10.2015 made in W.P.(MD)No.18581 of 2015, on the filed of this Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 4th to 6th respondents herein to issue directions to the 2nd respondent herein to stop unauthorised operation of its buses TN 63 N 1594 and TN 63 N 1612 and ply as per timings fixed by the Transport Authorities without any deviation of timings on the route of petitioners bus TN 63 AJ 7923 plying on the route Madurai to Nainarkovil (via) Thiruppuvanam, Manamadurai, Parathibanur and IST Madurai and Paramakudi (via) Thiruppuvanam, Manamadurai and Parthibanur 2) Madurai to Chathirakudi (via) Thiruppuvanam, Manamadurai, Parthibanur and Paramakudi. Heard Mr.N.Marimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Sadesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 13.10.2015 in W.P.(MD) No.18581 of 2015 has been complied by the respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Recording that submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
