ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the contemnors for willful and wanton disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14186 of 2015, dated 10.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnors.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the contemnors would submit that the cheque signing power taken away from the petitioner was subsequently cancelled by the respondents pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition and he has also produced the order copy.

4. Recording the above, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
