ORDER

The petitioner has joined BSc.,Nautical Science Degree course at Jeyanthinathar Academy of Marine Studies at Thoothukudi District in the year 2010 and applied for educational loan to the 3rd respondent bank.

The 3rd respondent did not consider the request of this petitioner and therefore, the writ petition is filed. 2.This writ petition is filed in the year 2017 for a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to give educational loan to the petitioner as per the estimation given by the Jeyanthinathar Academy of Marine Studies at Thoothukudi. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 03.06.2020 there was no representation for the petitioner. Thereafter, the case was listed on 11.12.2023 even on that day there was no representation for the 2/4

petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal today. Even today there is no representation for the petitioner. Considering the nature of relief sought for in this writ petition and also the conduct of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
