ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry without any complaint and by following due process of law by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 28.10.2023.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that a writ petition in W.P(MD)No.25091 of 2023 was filed by this petitioner seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to remove his name from the History Sheet that was entertained and a direction was issued to the concerned authority to consider the representation made by the petitioner in the meeting to be held in the month of December, 2023 and the writ petition was disposed of on 17.10.2023. The said period is not yet over. Even without waiting for the scheduled meeting, this petition is filed seeking direction to the third respondent police. 2/4
3. Repeated filing of applications for one or other reasons cannot be entertained. The petitioner has to wait till the disposal of his representation in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December, 2023. I find no reason to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 17.11.2023 NCC :
