Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S JINNAH.S.M.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed an application for extension of time for executing sureties. He would further submit that the petitioner has filed a wrong petition and thereby, he would seek to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a correct petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Liberty is granted. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.16032 of 2022, dated 22.12.2022 is recalled.
