This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para.no.7 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16613 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in para.no.7 is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
