The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for their wanton and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23038 of 2015 dated 21.12.2015.

2. Heard Mr.G.Thalaimutharasu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the contemnors and perused the records.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the contemnors would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
