ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 12.05.2023 and 09.08.2023 within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.873 of 2023 was registered against two persons for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002. After that another representation was made by the petitioner stating that the private respondents are interfering in the peaceful possession of the property illegally and he wants them to vacate from the property with police force.

3. The relief sought for by the petitioner is not at all maintainable. Let the representation of the petitioner, be closed by directing the parties to work out remedy through civil proceedings. I find no reason to entertain this petition.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 21.12.2023 NCC :
