This petition is filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this court, dated 18.04.2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5603 of 2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate ( Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

petition enquiry was conducted and the matter was compromised between the parties and the petitioner has also received Rs.10,000/- from the proposed accused. Hence, the matter was closed.
