Crl.OP(MD)No.4772 of 2016:- To direct the respondent Police to file charge sheet in Crime No.445 of 2015 dated 17.11.2015 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

O R D E R

This petition is filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4772 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the petitioner filed a petition to file a final report in Cr.No.445 of 2015, this Court directed the respondents to file final report as expeditiously as possible, on 21.03.2016.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that for the occurrence taken place in the year 1983, the petitioner preferred a complaint in the year 2015. Subsequent to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4772 of 2015, the second respondent issued summons to the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

09.12.2015 and 10.03.2016, but she did not appear before the respondents and for the third summon issued on 16.07.2016, the petitioner appeared and produced the relevant documents and the second respondent is now investigating the case.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would further submit that the second respondent will file a final report within a period of six months.

6. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is close.
