O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that first respondent filed Civil Revision Petition in CRP(MD). No.642 of 2015, against the order of eviction passed against the respondents. Before this Court, the respondents filed an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
affidavit of undertaking to the effect that the first respondent will vacate premises from 27.03.2015. This Court by order dated 27.03.2015 recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the first respondent, granted six months time to hand over the possession. The first respondent did not hand over the possession as per the undertaking given before this Court. In the circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition to punish the respondents herein to hand over the petition mentioned property immediately as per the order of this Court in CRP(MD).No.642 of 2015 dated 27.03.2015 and the undertaking affidavit dated 08.04.2015 and also to punish the contemnors for the wilful and deliberate disobedience of the above stated order dated 27.03.2015 and the undertaking through affidavit dated 08.04.2015.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has handed over the possession to the petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition is closed.
