ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 2(1), 9, 39, 50, 51 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 in W.L.O.R.No.7 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15381 of 2024 by an order dated 19.09.2024 and this Court does not find any change in circumstances.
