ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent bank that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the bank granted loan amount of Rs.2,42,147/- and subsequently, after reconsidering the same, now the bank has also paid another sum of Rs.60,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
