This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to conduct enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.06.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and considering the fact that the dispute is civil in nature, the complaint was ordered to be closed. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
