ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records in Crime No.71 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner alone.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report as 'Mistake of Fact' and that RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 02.01.2023 NCC :
