ORDER

The impleaded respondent / Ramaiah executed power of attorney in favour of the writ petitioner / Raja. The document was presented for registration. The registering authority citing the pendency of a civil suit declined to register the document. Refusal check slip was issued. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed appeal before the first respondent. All that the petitioner wants is disposal of the said appeal. 2.The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 12.06.2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put the interested persons on notice before passing final order. 2/4
