PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.154 of 2023 on the file of the 4th respondent to any other investigating agency.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.154 of 2023 on the file of the 4th respondent to any other investigating agency.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that no penal provision has been included either at the time of registration of FIR or at the time of investigation. But, 5th respondent gave complaint as if he was assaulted without any injury. That was entertained by the fourth respondent and registered in Crime No.155 of 2023.

3.Not even one month is completed, expressing grievance over the investigation, this petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in both the matters will be completed within a period of one month.

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to investigate both matters and complete the investigation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by following proper procedure.

6.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
