This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contmnors/respondents and punish them for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.14557 of 2015, dated 29.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and it has been closed as mistake of fact on 13.01.2016 and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhungar.

4. Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of this closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
