To direct the 2nd respondent police to register the petitioners complaint dated 09.04.2015 and exhume the deceased Anjuga Fathima Mary Body and her baby were buried in the Christian burial ground at Pattukottai and to conduct the postmortem in the manner known to law. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a case has been registered, in Crime No.95 of 2016, on 05.03.2016, under Section 174 Cr.P.C., on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein and to that effect she has also produced a copy of the F.I.R. before this Court.
