ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent.

2.The petitioner wants to dispose of the petition mentioned property. The registering authority informed the petitioner that he must obtain "No objection Certificate" from the Waqf Board. "No Objection 2/4

Certificate" has since been issued. Subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities, the same will be accepted for registration and the document shall be released.

3.Recording the stand of the Waqf Board, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
