Prayer in WP(MD)No.1935/2015:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent Joint Director (Secondary Education) vide Moo. Mu. No. 79047/D2/E3/2013 dated 11.12.2014 quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 5 herein to approve the appointment of petitioner as Office Assistant in the 6th Respondent school w.e.f., the date of appointment viz., 09.06.2010 with salary and all attendant benefits. O R D E R

This Court, by order dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD).No.1935 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Office Assistant in the 6th respondent school with effect from the date of his appointment within a period of eight weeks. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing the proceedings of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.823/A4/2015, dated 02.12.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
