Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant one advance increment to the petitioner herein for acquiring M.Phil Degree w.e.f. 28.07.2009, the date of acquisition of Degree as per G.O.Ms.No.111, Higher Education (c2) Department, dated 25-05-2010 and refix the scale of pay of the petitioner accordingly and to pay all monetary benefits.
