Prayer in WP(MD)No.1928 of 2016:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to grant one advance increment to the petitioner herein for acquiring M.Phil Decree w.e.f. 17.07.2008, the date of acquisition of Degree as per G.O.Ms.No.111, Higher Education (C2) Department, dated 25.05.2010 and refix the scale of pay of the petitioner accordingly and to pay all monetary benefits.
