(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition to restore the Adi-Dravidar residential school in T.S.Nos.467, 468 and 469/1, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the Adi-Dravidar residential school in the subject place was constructed in the year 1970 and it was closed in the year 1972 since there was no admission of student in the said school. From 1972 onwards, the said place has been used as a yard. If at all any new school, it is to be constructed in the alternate place since the subject place has been utilized as yard from the year 1972 onwards. Thus, the relief as such sought for cannot be granted. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
