ORDER

The petitioner herein is a power agent. The power of attorney was executed by one Shanmugam. The said document was declined to be registered. Challenging the refusal check slip, this writ petition has been filed.

2.I am of the view that it is only Shanmugam who has the locus to challenge the impugned check slip and not the power agent. If Shanmugam files any writ petition, this Court would definitely entertain the same but not at the instance of the writ petitioner. 3.The writ petition stands dismissed.
