Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records from the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.Ni.A 5/1944/2011 dated 16.06.2011 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide employment to the petitioner on compassionate ground within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.
