By relying on patta Nos.330, 191 and 209, the petitioner seeks a survey of the lands in Survey Nos.140/2, 140/5A and 140/6.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) accepts notice on behalf of third respondent. Since the pattas stand in the name of the petitioner, they submit that the application would be acted upon after putting the adjacent landowners on notice.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to take action on the petitioner's application for a survey within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after putting the petitioner 2/4
