The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2018 on the file of the Sub-Court, Thoothukudi and

transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur and tried along with case in H.M.O.P.No.309 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur. 2.There is no representation on behalf of the respondent. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.219 of 2018 from Sub-Court, Thoothukudi, to Family Court, Tiruppur, where H.M.O.P.No.309 of 2022 is pending. The Family Court, Tiruppur, is directed to try the case along with H.M.O.P.No.309 of 2022 and dispose the same preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
