ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.11.2023, this Court directed the petitioner to produce the photocopies of the documents to the respondent. Now, the petitioner furnished the photocopies of the documents to the respondent police. Let the enquiry be conducted as per the earlier order passed by this Court dated 21.02.2023 in Crl..O.P(MD)No.3304 of 2023 and on the basis of the records produced. This Court directs the respondent to comply the above said order within a period of three months from today.

2. In view of the above said direction, nothing survives in this contempt petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed.
