It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petitioner's wife informed that the petitioner has passed away and she intends to withdraw this Writ Petition vide letter dated 29.09.2024. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has circulated a letter in this connection.

2. Hence, permission is granted and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
