:Contemnors/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to commit and punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.22414 of 2015 dated 04.01.2016.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner s Gratuity, Earned Leave Salary, Earned Medical Leave. IRT Contribution, Commuted Value of Pension, and his Dearness Allowance for his monthly pension as revised and increased from time to time with effect from 01.06.2014 together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum within a specified time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
