This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, Dindigul District under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Cr.M.P.No. 4673 of 2022 dated 23.04.2022 immediately or within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after receiving the petition from the concerned Court, the petition was enquired into and the same was ordered to be closed on 03.10.2022.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised.
