Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle the retirement benefits of the petitioner including Gratuity, Earned Leave Salary with enhanced dearness Allowance at the rate of 90% in terms of Letter (Ms) No. 24 Transport(E) Department dated 20.02.2014 together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of my retirement to till the date of settlement within the time that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and further directing the Respondents to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum for the belated payment of the Provident Fund, the commuted value of pension and Cholan https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard Mr.A.Rahul, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Sivaraman, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.A.P.Muthupandian, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for both respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.
