ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that except the interest on computation, the other benefits have been paid.

2.In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with a direction to the third respondent to pay the balance amount within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Failing which, the petitioner is permitted to revive the petition. No costs.
